Meneford Enterprises Ltd intends to pioneer a nationwide green revolution to property investments. Aside from rooftop solar panels, sourcing electricity from green clean producers, there are many other options when it comes to investing in the renewable energy.
Our goal is to kick start the UK property investment to being green with simple affordable changes to our normal way of living.
These include installing electric car charging ducts in each freehold properties, installing energy conservation insulation materials in older properties where possible, upgrading all white goods to greener options, to mention just a few.
By upgrading each property to its maximum clean energy ability, we intend to create a new niche of properties across UK. This would attract other property investors and government to follow, achieving the climate change goal a lot quicker.
